- Active Directory Architect:
Work alongside existing teams from other streams and with operational teams to improve the AD infrastructure
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Market research on Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Entra ID, MIM, ADLDS, and related technology strategy development
• PoC as necessary for new technologies and features
• Develop solution design and technical architecture for Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Entra ID, MIM, ADLDS and related services
• Produce, or oversee the production of, technical requirements and design deliverables, and development and implementation of Active Directory and related solutions
• Identify and establish tools, operating environments, design and development standards, and technical documentation as required
• Lead developer in building custom solutions in Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Entra ID, MIM, ADLDS and related technology
• Create, Review, Update, Execute PowerShell scripts for automating tasks and reporting.
• Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Entra ID, MIM, ADLDS and related technology Custom Developments -

Where Custom Developments have been created, needs to be created, or must be designed then assist, develop and deliver according to requirements. Support and development must be to a code level. * Deployment approach

• Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Entra ID, MIM, ADLDS and related technology Compliance and Governance Design & Build
• Design and deliver compliant solutions with standard routines

Compliance solutions include * Deliver and maintain new solutions for new business requirements

• Deliver and maintain a Lifecycle Management solution for Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Entra ID, MIM, ADLDS and related technology and services
• Develop and document all deliverables. Relevant documents will include:

• Architecture manual
• Administration models
• Administration, operations, and solution troubleshooting guides

• Communications matrixes
• Design change request process

• Sustain model/Maintenance roadmap
• Retirement strategy where applicable
• Interfacing with business &formulating the requirements
• Functionality & Architecture
• Technology road map,
• Introducing new services
• Plan Development / Upgrade projects / New versions
• Technical accountability of the service in scope
• Define technical roadmaps
• Overall Infrastructure Technical Design & Documentation
• Functional and Technical specifications for Change Requests
• Deployment /Build Plan
• Build Change and Release Plan
• Compliance: Exception management
• Implementation of the solution
• design in W2K environment(solution dependent)
• Conduct technical testing
• Technical GAP resolution
• Open/Follow-up cases to vendors for Design issues
• Finalize documentation -(architecture/design, installation, operational)
• Finalize release plan
• Disaster Recovery Planning & strategy

Sign off deployment plan/ and sustain plan

• Atleast 15+ years of supporting Directory services
• Experienced in working with large geographically dispersed teams
• Working knowledge of 2008/2016/2019/2022 and Microsoft Collaboration suites and experience in managing Collaboration Technologies
