Roles & Responsibilities:
- Advanced technical troubleshooting skills
- Analyze projects and derive the necessary technical skills, timeline, efforts needed to complete the project
- Identify all client stakeholders that are involved with or impacted by the project
- Investigate the project to determine the steps needed to complete the project along with the necessary change controls needed
- Provide a communication plan that involves all stakeholders both client and internal
- Identify and propose possible resolutions to service risks and issues as they arise
- Communicate support status to client and internal stakeholders on a regular basis
- Assist other team members with functional/technical knowledge gained from the project
- Create and update relevant KBs and documentation as required
- Create and participate in the RCA process for critical and/or high impacting tickets involving the project
- Knowledge of standard ITIL processes such as life cycle management and ITSM.

- Organization Unit, OU, management
- Role Based Access Control, RBAC
- AD integrated DNS, certificate management, CRLs
- Hybrid AD environments and Entra ID
- Manage DNS records and zones
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of system operations and service delivery.
- Experience in managing production systems and services.
- Knowledge of operational requirements and service agreements.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues in systems and services.
- Ability to collaborate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
- Knowledge of security protocols and practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory.
