Roles & Responsibilities:
-- Must Have Skills: Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Data Classification, Labelling, Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Sensitive Information Types, Regex patterns, Trainable Classifier, Exact data match, Insider Risk Management, Records Management
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge on security best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies to improve the existing security framework.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
- Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with identity and access management solutions.
