Microsoft 365 / O365 Solution Expert - Document Management

to join our

team.







We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Expert specializing in document management and collaboration platforms to support the design and implementation of a document management framework for Oracle Fusion projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Microsoft Purview Compliance. Prior experience in life sciences, pharma, or CRO environments is highly preferred. Design and implement a centralized document management strategy using Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive). Configure document libraries, metadata schemas, content types, retention policies, and templates aligned with clinical and regulatory documentation needs. Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GDPR, HIPAA, and audit readiness requirements. Establish role-based access control (RBAC) and secure document-sharing policies using Azure AD security groups. Develop training material and conduct user onboarding sessions. Provide technical documentation, SOPs, and a support knowledge base for the implemented solution. Troubleshoot technical issues and act as a Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Skills & Requirements


Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Information Architecture, Power Automate, Microsoft Purview, and SharePoint document migrations. Experience in clinical research, CRO, pharma, biotech, or life sciences industries Familiarity with GxP compliance, 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA+ principles Experience implementing SOP management and quality documentation workflows Minimum 6-12 years of experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem Microsoft certifications preferred: MS-700 (Teams Administrator), MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), SC-400 (Information Protection), PL-200 or PL-400 (Power Platform) Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams Strong project execution and documentation discipline
Required Qualification


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field Master's degree preferred (optional)

Experience working in regulated environments (Pharma/CRO/Healthcare) Exposure to eTMF, QMS, or Regulatory Document Management Systems Strong documentation habits and a process-oriented mindset Ability to mentor and lead technical implementation teams
