Role Overview: As a Level 1 IT Technician, you will be the first point of contact for client support needs. You will handle help desk requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolutions while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: o Help Desk Support: Manage and respond to tickets, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. o Microsoft 365 & Azure Support: Provide technical assistance, configuration, and troubleshooting. o Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to virtualization, networking, and hardware. o Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain switches, routers, cameras, PCs, servers, UPS systems, and remote monitoring tools. o Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to deliver comprehensive solutions. o Learning & Development: Stay updated on emerging IT trends, tools, and best practices. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: o Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. o Strong understanding of virtualization platforms and network troubleshooting. o Experience with ConnectWise (preferred). o Ability to provide excellent customer service alongside technical expertise. o Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
