Responsibilities:
Responsible for service administration and account maintenance
Manage customer Office365 environment at L2 L3 level
Should know of different licenses in Office 365 and different type of admin groups
Address client connectivity client software and mobility installation issues
Good Knowledge of O365 Security and Compliance
Exchange Online related to exchange administration
Knowledge of Distribution Group Management User Mailbox Setup Delegations Resource
Mailbox Configuration Mailbox Restorations Shared Mailbox Setup Delegations
Exposure to exchange hybrid environment
Should hold knowledge of various policies related to Exchange
Maintain troubleshoot email gateways anti spam
Maintain existing Exchange infrastructure including Mail Gateway
Interact with Microsoft Vendor for critical and escalation issues for permanent resolutions
Knowledge of Azure AD Connect Services Object Filtering Group Filtering
Major Responsibility of Incident Management i e troubleshooting and leading critical or urgent issues on email and mobility infrastructure and driving them to resolution as per the agreed SLAs with customer
Provides support administration maintenance for Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Office Suite
Performs root cause analysis of critical outage and incidents engineer permanent solutions and coordinate implementation
Monitor daily operations to ensure continuity of service.
Routing Mail Flow and Set up Installation concepts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in related technology/Skills
Good knowledge on Intune Microsoft Teams OneDrive
Good in spoken and written communication skills.
Manage services using supplier and the client implemented ITIL processes and practices
Operate and provide the day to day support
Good knowledge in PowerShell
Identifies and participates in improvement opportunities spanning service delivery user experience security etc
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory
* Knowledge of Ticketing tools like Service Now will be an Added advantage
