Role Overview:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Microsoft 365 Administrator (L2 Support)

to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administration, user support, and operational troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Microsoft Intune, and Teams.

This role focuses on hands-on administration, user management, compliance tasks, and second-level support for escalated issues, ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Microsoft 365 Administration



Manage user accounts, mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and licenses Perform mailbox permissions, retention policies, and message tracing Monitor and support services like Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Execute basic PowerShell scripts for user management and bulk operations Reset passwords, manage user permissions, and troubleshoot access issues

Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)



Create and manage users and groups Enforce and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Configure Conditional Access policies under guidance Assist with integration of enterprise applications

Microsoft Intune Device Management



Enroll and manage Windows devices to ensure compliance Support configuration profiles and compliance policies Help deploy applications (Win32, MSI) via Intune Troubleshoot device enrollment and compliance issues

Security & Compliance



Apply Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies Support audits and generate compliance reports Help monitor and respond to security alerts

User Support & Collaboration



Provide L2-level support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) Resolve escalated user issues from the helpdesk team Coordinate with vendors or Microsoft Support for unresolved incidents

Required Skills & Qualifications:



1-3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support Working knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Intune Experience with PowerShell for basic scripting and admin tasks Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and identity management Strong troubleshooting skills and user-focused approach Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):



Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Associate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?450,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
