Certified Microsoft Project Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified

Microsoft Project Trainer

to deliver an online training program on Microsoft Project 2021 - Level 1. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Project software, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping professionals master project management tools. This is a contract position for a three-day training project.

Responsibilities

Training Delivery:

Conduct a live, online training session on Microsoft Project 2021 - Level 1 from

10 a.m. to 5 p.m. IST

on

September 22nd, 23rd, and 24th

.

Curriculum Management:

Deliver the provided "Microsoft Project 2021 - Level 1" Table of Contents (TOC). Ensure all topics are covered thoroughly and effectively within the given timeframe.

Participant Engagement:

Facilitate an interactive and engaging virtual learning environment. Answer questions, provide real-world examples, and guide participants through hands-on exercises to ensure a deep understanding of the software.

Technical Proficiency:

Be proficient in using online collaboration and presentation tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) to deliver a seamless training experience.

Qualifications

Certification:

Must hold a current and relevant

Microsoft Project certification

(e.g., Microsoft Certified: Project Management Professional or similar).

Experience:

A minimum of

3-5 years

of experience as a trainer specializing in Microsoft Project. Proven experience in delivering effective online training sessions.

Technical Skills:

Expert-level knowledge of

Microsoft Project 2021

features, functionalities, and best practices. Familiarity with the provided training TOC. Strong command of online training platforms and tools.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation abilities. Patience and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
