About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced and passionate in Microservices Architecture to join our TD team.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and implementing microservices-based systems, and a strong desire to mentor and teach aspiring software engineers.
• The faculty member will be responsible for delivering interactive sessions, guiding students through hands-on projects, and creating high-quality training content.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lectures on Microservices Architecture and related technologies.
• Conduct regular Q&A sessions to clarify student doubts and reinforce learning.
• Make sessions interactive through live coding, quizzes, and group activities.
• Create and maintain high-quality training content, including PowerPoint presentations, assignments, and project briefs.
• Guide students through hands-on labs and real-world projects.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into teaching.
• Collaborate with industry partners to improve course delivery.
• Openness to pick up new tech skills in adjacent areas and adapt to the TD function needs

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Microservices Architecture and related technologies.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping others grow.
• Experience with agile development and software engineering practices.

Technical Skills Required:

• Microservices design principles and architecture patterns (e.g., Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture).
• Programming languages: Java, C#, Python, or Node.js.
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, Express.js.
• API development: RESTful services, GraphQL.
• Containerization: Docker, Podman.
• Orchestration: Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Service Mesh: Istio, Linkerd.
• CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible.
• Monitoring and Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry.
• Security: OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway, Rate Limiting, Secrets Management.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket.
• Testing: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Contract Testing (e.g., Pact).

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Google Professional Cloud Architect
