with strong communication and sales planning skills. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and supporting microfranchise partners, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring achievement of business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and approach potential franchise partners Explain the franchise business model, terms, and benefits clearly Plan and execute franchise sales activities Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations professionally Achieve franchise sales targets Maintain records and prepare basic sales reports

Required Skills



Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong planning and follow-up abilities Negotiation and relationship management skills Professional attitude and business acumen

Qualification & Experience



Graduate in any discipline

0-3 years of experience in sales planning, sales monitoring, or direct sales

Experience in franchise, microfranchise, channel sales, or business development will be an added advantage

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
