Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated
Microcontroller Programmer Trainee
to join our R&D team. The candidate will work on the design, development, and testing of embedded systems and firmware for microcontroller-based devices. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in embedded systems and hardware programming.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and test firmware for
microcontroller-based systems (ARM, AVR, PIC, STM32, etc.)
Write, debug, and optimize code in
C/C++
for embedded applications
Interface microcontrollers with various
sensors, actuators, and communication modules
(UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Participate in circuit design, prototyping, and PCB testing
Work with hardware and software teams for system integration
Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of embedded hardware and firmware issues
Prepare documentation for design, development, and testing processes
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of
C/C++ programming
Understanding of
microcontroller architecture
(e.g., ARM, AVR, PIC, STM32, Arduino, ESP32)
Familiarity with
communication protocols
(UART, SPI, I2C)
Basic knowledge of
electronic circuits and components
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Experience with
Keil, MPLAB, STM32CubeIDE, or Arduino IDE
Exposure to
RTOS, IoT, or embedded Linux
Knowledge of
schematic and PCB design tools
(Proteus, KiCAD, Eagle, etc.)
Educational Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related fields
Diploma holders with strong embedded knowledge can also apply
