We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented
Microbiology Technician
to join our laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for performing microbiological tests, maintaining lab standards, and supporting accurate diagnosis and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized microbiological tests (culture, sensitivity, staining, microscopy).
Collect, label, and process patient samples as per SOPs.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
Follow NABH/NABL guidelines and infection control protocols.
Record, verify, and report test results accurately.
Maintain documentation, registers, and quality control records.
Assist microbiologist/pathologist as required.
Ensure safe handling and disposal of bio-medical waste.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
DMLT / BMLT / Diploma or Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Technology
Specialized training in Microbiology preferred
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a hospital or diagnostic lab

Pay: ₹10,987.64 - ₹28,884.34 per month
