Requirements

B.Sc. MLT. 1-3 years of lab experience preferred. Strong knowledge of lab equipment and aseptic techniques.

Important Note:

Registration with a recognized medical laboratory & Paramedical council is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct microbiological tests (cultures, staining, sensitivity). Maintain lab hygiene and sterilization protocols. Record and report results accurately. Follow NABL and hospital safety standards.

Skills Required

Proficiency in microbiological techniques and lab equipment. Strong documentation and analytical skills. Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and biosafety procedures. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
