Position Microbiology Officer

Job Role :

Conduct regularly inspection rounds every day for RTS & RTU area.

2) Must inspect every process of the RTS & RTU regularly, and check whether the

operation is carried out according to the standard.

3) Daily sampling of RTS & RTU Rubber Stopper.

4) Daily testing of RTS & RTU Rubber Stopper.

5) Following test perform for RTS & RTU Test.

a. Bacterial Endotoxin test.

b. Proved Clean Index Test.

c. Bioburden Test.

d. Moisture Analysis of rubber Stopper.

e. Liquid Particle count of rubber stopper.

f. Sterility test of Rubber Stopper.

g. Visible Particle Count of Rubber Stopper.

6) Documentation (Log Book).

7) Daily sampling & testing of in process rubber stopper.

8) Daily sampling & testing of packed rubber stopper.

9) Perform Analytical test & sampling of each batch within scheduled time limit and

ensure adherence to all quality levels.

10)Inspect & identify the materials, equipment, processes, ensure & enforce GMP norms

are followed.

11)Calibration & Verification of Instrument & Equipment.

12)Status label updating & maintain.

13)Detect any abnormality/variations from the tolerance limits of the product/process as

per AQL.

14)Daily documentation & maintain BPR.

15)Control sample should be collected from each batch & maintained with proper labelling.

16)Take care of instrument, equipment & maintain cleanliness of all laboratory

instruments.

5Maintain Chemicals & Laboratory Glassware Stocks.

6Assist to QC Head to change or new development required in SOP, STP, & Formats, validate the system or Method.
