Process Control & Monitoring



Monitoring microbial levels during: Pasteurization Homogenization Fermentation Verifying

pasteurization efficiency

Ensuring

cold chain maintenance


Starter Culture Management



Selection and maintenance of

starter cultures

for: Curd, yogurt, cheese, butter milk Monitoring culture activity and contamination Optimizing

fermentation parameters

(time, temperature, pH)

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
