? Study and prepare SOP from the relevant current version of applicable Indian Standard or other standard.
? Ensure the environment conditions during the performance of test and record of the same.
? Update the calibration record and preserve the calibration certificate.
? Prepare and update Observation sheet approved format.
? Responsible for preparation for testing of test items.
? To record the observations of testing.
? To incorporate the results in job card and submit to Lab In charge.
? To intimate the Lab in charge regarding breakdown of the instruments.
? Responsible for Maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping in the laboratory.
? To perform the test of test items as per the National/International Standard Test Methods or Standard Operating Procedures approved by the TD.
? Maintain of equipment and measuring instrument list.
? Maintain and update equipment history card.
? Prepare and update calculation and observation sheet approved format.
? Maintain of equipment and measuring instrument list.
? To review requests, tenders and contracts.
? To prepare Internal Quality Checks programs for ensuring the validity of test result.
? To participate and conduction of ILC/PT program.
? To perform the intermediate checks of equipment and CRMs
? To perform activities to ensure the validity of test results such as retesting, reproducibility, replicate testing and control charts etc.
? To ensure the measurement of uncertainty
? To verify the equipment for its specific requirement
? To verify the equipment before placing it on services
? To ensure repair and maintenance of equipment
? To maintain the all technical records such as calibration records, MU record, verification records
? To perform verification and validation of test methods
? To guide the Booking Executive for discard of sample and verify the record for discarded samples.
