Conduct classroom and field-based training sessions for microfinance executives and field officers.
Deliver induction training for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.
Train staff on micro-lending products, credit assessment, KYC norms, and customer due diligence.
Guide teams on group loan methodology, JLG/SHG processes, and individual lending.
Facilitate financial literacy and digital payment training modules.
Curriculum & Content Development
Develop training curriculum, manuals, presentations, role plays, and job aids.
Continuously update content based on policy changes, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Assess trainee performance through tests, field evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Monitor the implementation of field practices post-training.
Prepare training reports, MIS, and improvement recommendations.
Compliance & Regulatory Training
Ensure staff awareness on RBI/central bank regulations, AML/KYC norms, and industry codes of conduct.
Train staff on internal audit and compliance standards.
Field Support
Conduct on-the-job coaching in branches and customer centers.
Provide guidance on loan recovery, defaulter management, and ethical collections.
