Job Description

1. Micro Business Loan Sales Ownership

Achieve monthly and quarterly micro business loan disbursement targets Handle micro business loans for small traders, shop owners, self-employed and micro enterprises Focus on high-volume, small-ticket and fast-moving cases

2. Dual Role - Sales + Team Handling

Do self-sourcing of micro business loan cases Lead and support a small team of micro loan executives Allocate daily targets and monitor field productivity

3. Lead Generation & Market Coverage

Generate leads from local markets, shops, vendors, kirana stores and service businesses Build local referral network with merchants, connectors and community leads Ensure strong daily field coverage in assigned area

4. Customer Interaction & Loan Advisory

Understand customer business cash flow and repayment capacity Explain loan amount, tenure, EMI and charges clearly Ensure simple, fast and transparent customer experience

5. Documentation & Eligibility Control

Collect and verify KYC, business proof and bank statements Ensure documentation accuracy as per bank/NBFC guidelines Prevent fake, incorrect or risky cases

6. Credit Coordination & Case Closure

Coordinate with credit and operations teams Support quick approvals and timely disbursements Resolve issues related to deviations or rejections

7. Compliance & Portfolio Quality

Ensure adherence to RBI, lender and internal compliance norms Monitor early risk indicators and rejection patterns Maintain healthy micro loan portfolio quality

8. MIS, Reporting & Productivity Tracking

Track daily logins, approvals and disbursements Submit accurate MIS for self and team performance Monitor conversion ratios and TAT

9. Training & On-Ground Coaching

Train executives on micro business loan products and documentation Conduct joint field visits for coaching and closures Improve team efficiency and conversion

10. Brand Representation & Discipline

Represent company professionally in local markets Ensure ethical sourcing and no mis-selling Maintain discipline and consistency in field operations
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
