Job Description

The MICE Sales Manager / Executive is responsible for generating business from corporate clients through Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, developing client relationships, creating tailor-made proposals, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments to deliver successful group events and travel programs.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement strategies to acquire new MICE clients and grow existing accounts. Identify and target corporate clients, event agencies, and associations for group travel, incentives, and conferences. Prepare customized proposals and costings based on client requirements and budgets. Manage end-to-end MICE inquiries -- from lead generation, negotiation, contracting, and confirmation to event execution. Coordinate closely with operations, ticketing, hotel, and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery. Attend client meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote MICE services. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Keep updated on destination knowledge, hotel offers, venues, and supplier networks. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analyses. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through professional communication and post-event follow-up.

Pay: ₹10,640.77 - ₹44,476.65 per month
