We are seeking a motivated and results-driven MICE B2B Sales Executive to generate and manage business from corporate clients, travel agents, and event partners. The role involves selling Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) solutions, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B clients for MICE services.
Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in MICE/travel industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
