Job Description

The MHE Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Material Handling Equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and uninterrupted warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of MHE such as: Forklifts (Diesel / Electric / LPG) Reach Trucks, Pallet Trucks, Stackers, Tow Tractors Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic faults in MHE. Carry out repairs and replacement of faulty parts to minimize downtime. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance records and checklists. Coordinate with OEM vendors for major repairs and AMC activities. Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements. Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks. Support operations team during peak hours and emergency breakdowns. Ensure proper housekeeping of maintenance area and tool
