Job Summary

The Sales Manager - MHE / Forklift will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue and market share targets. The role involves selling forklifts, warehouse equipment, and related services (AMC, spares, rentals) across assigned territories.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for forklifts and MHE products Develop new customers in industrial segments such as manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, FMCG, and e-commerce Promote sales of new forklifts, rental solutions, AMC, and spare parts Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
Client & Key Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers Understand customer requirements and propose suitable MHE solutions Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts Ensure timely order closure and payment follow-ups
Team Management

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team Set targets for sales executives and monitor performance Conduct regular sales reviews and field visits with team members
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with service, operations, and accounts teams for smooth order execution Ensure proper documentation, order processing, and invoicing Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Forecast sales and plan strategies to meet business goals
Compliance & Brand Representation

Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices Represent the company professionally in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of forklifts, MHE products, and industrial sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage teams and large customer portfolios Result-oriented with strong analytical and planning abilities Proficient in MS Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools
Educational Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred) Technical background is an added advantage
Preferred Industry Experience

Forklift / MHE companies Industrial equipment, capital goods, warehouse solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
