Job Description

Lead the global T&E team (7 direct reports) managing Concur expense processing, policy compliance, accounting, audits, and employee support. Oversee corporate and purchase card programs globally, ensuring effective controls and timely settlement. Maintain and enhance the SAP Concur platform in partnership with IT, including configuration updates, audit rules, and system testing. Ensure accurate T&E accounting and reconciliations in Microsoft Dynamics 365, supporting month-end and year-end close activities. Steward the Global T&E Policy and drive compliance with company travel guidelines, audit standards, and control frameworks. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits, ensuring process documentation and control evidence are complete and up to date. Lead or support global process improvement and transformation initiatives related to systems, policy, and automation. Deliver operational insights and compliance dashboards to Finance leadership; identify and implement improvement opportunities. Manage exception approvals and policy deviations in alignment with Finance governance protocols. B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA or professional qualification. 10-15 years of progressive experience in Travel & Expense, Finance Operations, or Shared Services, including at least 5-8 years of people management experience. Hands-on expertise in SAP Concur Expense and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent platforms. Strong understanding of internal and external audit processes, including SOX, ICFR, and statutory audits, and experience managing corporate card programs. Proven ability to manage global stakeholders, drive automation, and maintain audit-ready operations. A strong compliance mindset with focus on control assurance and process transparency. The ability to balance operational rigor with innovation and continuous improvement. A global outlook, with comfort managing time zones, stakeholders, and diverse business requirements.
