Understanding of Professional Services Operations, including Performance Benchmarks/Levers, Resource Deployment, Staff Development, and Partner Management. Business-Minded Leader with the Ability to understand Technical Situations and have an Executive-Level Presence and Credibility with Customers. Demonstrated Experience in Selling Services as part of an Enterprise Software Company.
