PURPOSE/GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Analytics is a key leadership role responsible for leading and developing a highperforming team of analytics professionals, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization,
and shaping the future direction of the analytics function. This position requires extensive experience in
analytics leadership, a deep understanding of business strategy, and the ability to mentor and develop
team members for career progression. The ideal candidate perceives challenges as opportunities,
leveraging data, industry knowledge, and leadership influence to collaboratively navigate and solve
complex problems, thereby guiding the organization toward sound, informed decisions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Manager not only demonstrates exceptional analytical and leadership skills but also

drive informed decision-making and innovation :
1. Lead Digital Analytics Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals. This includes defining data collection requirements, overseeing the implementation of Adobe Analytics, and ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.
2. Manage Adobe Marketing Cloud: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch across all digital platforms. Ensure data integrity and accessibility for reporting and analysis. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues.
3. Deliver Actionable Insights: Lead in-depth analysis of digital data to extract actionable insights on user behavior, product usage, and campaign effectiveness. Apply advanced statistical methods and data modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities.
4. A/B Testing & Personalization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target. Implement personalized user experiences based on data-driven insights.
5. Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities using funnel analysis. Develop and implement CRO strategies to improve conversion rates, working closely with relevant teams.
6.Conduct User Segmentation & Behavior Analysis: Perform user segmentation analysis to support targeted marketing efforts and product development initiatives. Develop user personas and customer journey maps to better understand user needs.
7. Collaborate & Communicate Effectively: Effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner, using data visualization tools.
8. Lead & Develop High-Performing Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of digital analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training opportunities.
9. Promote Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and the Adobe Marketing Cloud. Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
10. Develop Strategic Recommendations: Develop high-level white papers and presentations for senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for product feature changes and strategic business initiatives.
11. Resource Management: Manage the team's budget, resources, and timelines effectively. Prioritize projects based on business impact and resource availability.
12. Build & Manage High-Performing Team: Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, and develop a team of highly skilled analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance management. Create opportunities for skill development and career advancement. Specifically, actively identify high-potential team members, and create development plans to prepare them for promotion or more senior roles.
