The Role:

Manages and delivers programs that support the radical procurement process engineering vision digital technologies to drive true step changes in Procurement outcomes. Program scope will include deploying innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics and unified source-to-pay process changes to streamline and optimize our end-to-end operations.

Support procurement\xe2\x80\x99s journey to move skill set from operators to innovators by delivering programs in all or some of these 5 workstreams:

• Data/Analytics - Use Data to drive decisions, simplify transaction creation and prompt actions
• Technology - Using new technologies, delivery approaches and shared technology funding will move us to truly digital framework
• User Experience - Simplify the simple and focus on what user needs in the buying experience
• Skills and Talent - ensure the right mix of category experts with data scientists and design thinkers to offer more than \xe2\x80\x9cTraditional Procurement\xe2\x80\x9d
• Policy, Procedures& Operating Model - Define Framework needed to operate in the \xe2\x80\x9cNEW\xe2\x80\x9d

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the process of gathering, defining, prioritising, and assessing business impact of business requirements for new capabilities and enhancement requests (e.g. new project request process coordination)
• Working to ensure approved Procurement projects deliver objectives and meet budgets and schedule
• Identify and assess project opportunities and assist with tracking/status mgt of prioritized projects.
• Working with CIO/BPO, provide advice on current solution/capability options \xe2\x80\x93 i.e. how to get the most out of the infrastructure and how to negotiate technology policy issues to achieve procurement goals
• Assist with researching and assessing STP capability options both internally and externally, to provide business focused expertise to STP Business Leads.
• Provide input at a strategic level and daily at a tactical level, towards key goals of increasing spend under management, reducing purchase cost of services, improving value delivered and increasing adherence to internal controls
• Work at a detail level with P+ extended teams to identify ongoing quick wins/new strategies, and to assess implications of technology related initiatives.
• Share P+ success stories at industry events, with GTM teams or client teams as needed in peer to peer connects

Skills Required:

• Significant experience of working with either the deployment or operations of technology or new capabilities
• Strong program/project management skills
• Knowledge of Procurement function, processes, and tools an advantage
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Initiative and the ability to direct own work.
• Good analytical skills for complex problems both from a business function/process perspective and from a technical perspective
• Ability to think strategically
• Multicultural sensitivity and ability to work a flexible schedule with a global virtual tea

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification-Post Graduate preferred
• 10-14years of experience
