Job Description

Supervises the simulation engineering team, coordinating projects and ensuring accurate and effective simulation processes.

KEY RESPONSBLITIES:

Around 15 years of experience in the field of Simulation.


Formulate strategy / road map for Simulation team. Manage a portfolio of new and on-going projects, using good project management skills. Evaluate mechanical, flow and thermal performance of product designs and processes Develop new simulation methodologies as and when required to support product development Drive innovation culture and ensure PID filings Ensure capacity creation and continuous improvement in the team Collaborate with local and global teams and achieve the goals of the Medical BU Enhance participation of the team in TE conferences and represent Medical BU in various COIs
DESIRED SKILLS:
Sound knowledge on ANSYS workbench in Structural and Flow/Thermal simulations is a must. Knowledge on LS-Dyna, SIMIO or Moldex3D will be an added advantage Should be able to create hand calculation to verify the designs. Achieve close correlation of Simulation & Experimental results Highly motivated to be a good team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Culturally sensitive

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
