The OT Operations Support Manager you will be the cornerstone of the operational technology network reliability and security across global engineering and manufacturing sites. Your leadership ensures uninterrupted production, minimizes downtime risk, and strengthens cybersecurity posture. By driving proactive monitoring and rapid incident resolution, you will directly protect revenue streams, maintain compliance, and enable operational resilience for critical business systems. You will oversee global operational technology (OT) support, ensuring the continuous monitoring, management, and optimization of OT infrastructure across all global engineering and manufacturing sites. This role is responsible for maintaining OT technology lifecycle, monitoring and responding to security incidents, and coordinating incident response to minimize downtime and protect critical production systems.

What you'll do

Lead OT Operations support team: Manage 24/7 monitoring and operational oversight of OT networks, technologies supporting global engineering and manufacturing. Ensure Network Stability: Implement best practices for uptime, performance optimization, and incident response. Drive Cybersecurity Compliance: Enforce OT security protocols and collaborate with GIS security teams to mitigate threats. Manage Incident Response: Develop and execute playbooks for rapid resolution of network issues to minimize production impact. Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with operations, OT teams, and GIS teams to align OT network strategies with business goals. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancements, and technology upgrades within the NOC.

Who we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience. Proven experience in network operations or OT environments within manufacturing or industrial settings. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to operate in a global, fast-paced environment. Deep understanding of OT network architecture, protocols, and security frameworks.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST). Experience with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, engineering, and manufacturing network environments. Certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, or equivalent. Knowledge of Azure cloud, automation tools, and monitoring platforms for OT environments.
