Job Description


Job Summary

  • In-house development of application and delivery to production. As Senior developer, responsible for end to end development to meet requirements in agile / waterfall methodologies. Adhere to code standards, SDF deliver quality deliverables on time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities and provide timely resolution for the impediments reported by the team
  • All artefacts prepared by self and the team, meets the standards & process requirements
  • Provide inputs to stakeholders to enhance the quality of deliverables, productivity improvement and thereby reduce the delivery window/timelines
  • Ensure documentation of software product defects and track it to closure
  • No Defects leakage to UAT & Production
  • Adhere to the company's Compliance requirements & Policy standards
Business
  • Provide proactive self-orienting and self-motivating leadership, and work with limited direction
  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations, and work in collaboration with business and technology partners.
  • Maintain delivery plan, manage task allocation, track progress and timelines.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to appropriate stakeholders
  • Drive the continuous improvement on process and technology stack
  • Participates in all phases of the project lifecycle and consistently delivers business value to our clients
  • Should be a good team player, good communicator and quick learner.
  • Preferably possess custody domain knowledge and can interact with Business and understand the Requirements.
  • Should be able to assess the technical feasibility of the requirements and provide optimal solution.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java J2EE, SpringBoot, API. Strong DB experience in Oracle and Postgres. Hands on experience in either / or React JS/ Angular JS is required. Able to drive and support the technology challenges faced during various phases of the project.
  • Hands on experience in development activities and able to accomplish the assigned tasks within the schedule.
  • Hands on experience in deployment process.
  • Should have clear understanding of Change management process
  • Agile delivery knowledge is preferred
