Managed Service Delivery
+ Full fidelity responsibility and management for multiple service lines (Hybrid Cloud, Dev/Sec Ops, Compute, Storage, Network, Database, Datacenter, Data Compliance, Disaster Recovery, Mainframe)
+ Manages the delivery and implementation of a broad range of services through the full engagement lifecycle.
+ Consistently achieves or exceeds engagement revenue, margin, service level objectives and quality targets.
+ Meet and exceed SLA performance metrics
+ Vendor relations Resource Management
+ Validates that the level of staff proposed, the source of staff, and their skill levels are in line with the contractual, financial, and solution requirements
+ Validates that all non-people resources required for service delivery are in line with contractual, financial and solution requirements and that Procurement has a plan in place to procure these resources
+ Produces a gap analysis related to resources and documents risks and contingency plans
+ Assures all people and non-people resources are in place for steady state operations. Deal Review Consulting
+ Consults with bid management/account management and reviews project proposals, contracts and other documents to determine goals, time frames, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of resources.
+ Participates deal review sessions to assure that all stakeholders in the project, including the client, have a common understanding of the terms and conditions (including commercial, solution, pricing/costing and resources) of the project Provides direction to a small team of Cloud engineers.
Assigns, manages and performs project work, including scope, schedule, resource allocation and budget.
Retains technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating projects.
Engages with customers, end users and business partners to understand cloud service and related functionality / performance requirements.
Establishes initiative / project objectives, schedules and timelines based on stated requirements and expectations.
Establishes and consults on best practices and standard operating procedures for development, deployment, support, break-fix and systems management.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 0-2 years' leadership experience
