• Helps to formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and research and industry requirements; considers business application of technology
• Provides advanced consulting services to internal business groups on process improvements projects designed to improve business results
• Work with Vendors when required
• Leads user acceptance testing and uses comparative analysis techniques to evaluate and recommend overall solutions for client/organization.
• Assists in defining detailed selection and evaluation criteria based on identified product requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Science and / or Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience required
• Certified Labware LIMS Administration 1.

Experience required:

• 5-7+ years\' experience in related fields
• At least 2 years\' Labware LIMS hands on experience preferably as a developer
• Knowledge with laboratory systems and instrumentation support
• SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with validation documentation in a GxP and GAMP-5 regulated environment
• Problem solving skills - ability to find root cause and suggest solution
• Ability to work in team and cooperate with other teams
• Background in laboratory operations (Advantage)
