• Lead and mentor Web methods team provdiing support to interfaces
• Develop and guide the team in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
• Evaluate team\'s work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations.
• Apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues, problems in order to maximize the returns on IT and Business investments.
• Review and translate functional designs into technical solutions for Change Requests
• Hands-on development, Support and troubleshoot production Web Methods interfaces
• Provide follow-up on all issues and solutions
• Work closely with IT business, support, MW, SAP and boundary system development teams in resolving production issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related area
• 9+ years of experience in Web Methods required
• 2+ years of experience in mentoring and Leading Web Methods developers required
• Strong Web Methods development skills

• Experience in design and development of solutions using Software AG product suite - especially for B2B and API Integration strategies

• Prior Experience in Risk related efforts

• Demonstrated product experience (version 9.12 and up):

• Must have: Integration Server, Trading Networks, Active Transfer, CentraSite, webMethods.io B2B
• Nice to have; Universal Messaging and API
