Opening for Indirect Tax

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation and filing of GST Annual return and GST Audit report.

- Preparing GST compliance (Filing GSTR-3B, GSTR-1 and GSTR-6 returns)

- Keeping track of and providing insights on various issues related to recent developments in Indirect tax law

- Prepare application for GST refund claims and liaising with GST authorities.

- Handling Special audit/ Investigation conducted by GST authorities.

- Preparation, filing and review of periodic VAT and Service tax returns in the pre-GST regime

- Review Input Tax Credit (ITC) to be transitioned to GST regime and filing of Form GST TRAN-1

- Reconciliation of ITC availed as per GSTR-3B/books with ITC reflecting in GSTR-2A.

- Preparation of advisory note and providing tax implications from indirect tax perspective by analysing various scenarios.

- Review of periodical MIS, DRC-03, ITC-01, ITC -02, and ITC-04.

- Review of indirect tax positions adopted by the target and analysing the potential exposures.

- Preparation of Due Diligence Report from indirect tax perspective

- Provide litigation clearance from indirect tax perspective.

Education & experience :

- Minimum 03 years of relevant experience.

- CA (Inter) or Qualified
