Your Role

Ensure 24x7 uptime and reliability of the MFT platform for banking operations. Use monitoring tools and scripts to proactively detect and resolve issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting. Maintain security protocols for sensitive data transfers. Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance. Document support processes and configurations. Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.

Your Profile

4 to 12years of Hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT, IBM Sterling Connect:Direct, or Axway MFT Familiarity with job scheduling tools like RevSoft. Experience with email automation in MFT platforms. Proficiency in APM tools: Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace. Strong scripting skills: Python, Bash.Expertise in encryption setups: PGP, SSH, GPG. Experience with installation, upgrades, and configuration of MFT platforms. Knowledge of DMZ file gateway and ad-hoc file transfer setups. Familiarity with secure protocols: SFTP, AS2, FTPS.Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Understanding of ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
