Responsible for preparing authentic Mexican dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Mexican dishes such as tacos, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, salsas, guacamole, etc.
Maintain authentic flavors, recipes, and presentation
Handle kitchen prep, mise-en-place, and inventory
Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
Train commis and support staff on Mexican cuisine
Work with management to plan menus and specials
Control wastage and maintain food cost
Skills Required:
Expertise in Mexican cuisine & ingredients
Strong cooking techniques & speed
Creativity in plating and flavors
Knowledge of hygiene and HACCP
Team handling and communication
Qualifications:
Culinary diploma/degree preferred
Experience in Mexican kitchen is mandatory

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
