Job description :

ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016,EOHS 14001 audit knowledge Quality tools ( PPAP,PFMEA,SPC,MSA,7QC TOOLS,8D) Conduct process audit and dock audit as per plan Supports uncertainty studies related to measurement or calibration results. Helps maintain the laboratory quality system by applying knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 17025, ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and Cummins procedures. Manages procurement of necessary lab services and consumables. Ensures proper maintenance and calibration of M&TE within the scope of work. Assists with reporting data quality metrics and continuous improvement activities related to data quality and lab systems. Follows laboratory strategy, SIPOC process, and scorecard for operational efficiency.Conducts basic product and component testing using a variety of measurement methods, including automated procedures. Programs, trains, and operates Measurement and Test Equipment (M&TE).Maintaining lab environment as per standard. Responsibility to do the AMC on CMM / Spectro and Random as define frequency Calibration of instruments related to pressure, temperature, vacuum, flow meters, level switches, etc. Preparation of required SOPs for the instrumentation department. Ensuring all instruments are calibrated and calibration labels are affixed. Instruments Handling Like Calipers, Micrometers, Instruments/Gauges Calibration In Case of Critical Situation and Low Load.
