[ n Your Job You will be designated as Metrology Engineer Our Team You will be a part of Disposition Quality Engineering Team What You Will Do xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Develop, modify, support and maintain ownership of software modules used for product testing and qualification across the product development and manufacturing. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Develop moderately complex software in Python, C, and TCL/TK to extend and refine the capabilities of existing test systems across multiple manufacturing regions. xa0 Must coordinate software development activities with various teams, including product development, manufacturing, marketing, quality, etc. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Perform electrical testing of multi-gigabit cable assemblies, analyze data, identify critical to quality aspects of product design and manufacturing process, perform root cause / corrective action analysis and write reports to summarize findings. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Create and execute test plans, conduct software reviews, perform system verification and validation, analyze and resolve failure modes and document results. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Understand, support, and contribute to Molex TQM and Quality / Environmental Management Systems by following approved policies and procedures. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Create product and test system documentation, specifications and work instructions. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Utilize software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, debuggers in the software development process xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Other duties as required by management. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Volume Graphics experience programming highly desired Geomagic Control experience CMM programming experience Working with 3D STL files. What Will Put You Ahead Required Experience: xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Spanish and English speaking. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Solid working knowledge of GD&T application (ASME Y14.5-2009) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Understand metrology principles. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Good organizational and interpersonal skills strong oral and written communication abilities. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 PC skills. Working knowledge of spreadsheet and other Windows based software. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Strong self-starter with ability to work independently or with minimal direction. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 Able to handle multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
