Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit meter applications as per Australian distributor/retailer requirements
Ensure all technical and compliance documents are complete and accurate
Track application status and follow up to ensure timely approvals
Communicate clearly with solar retailers, installers, and clients
Coordinate with internal design, sales, and compliance teams for missing or updated documents
Maintain error-free records of all applications and correspondence
Ensure adherence to Australian energy guidelines, standards, and timelines
Escalate delays or discrepancies proactively
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in solar industry (Australia preferred; domestic experience accepted)
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Good understanding of electricity distributors, retailers, and solar paperwork
High level of accuracy, documentation skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a time-sensitive, customer-focused environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
