We believe in the power of mental well-being and are committed to helping individuals lead fulfilling lives.Role OverviewAs a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our clinic by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding our client base in the mental health sector.Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities- Define and execute business development and sales strategies- Build and maintain client relationships; develop partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations- Achieve sales targets by promoting clinic services and presenting to clients/partners- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and materials that increase visibility- Represent MetaMind at industry events, conferences, and occasionally collaborate onsite with mental health professionals to strengthen service outreach- Maintain detailed records, reports, and analysis of business development activitiesQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)- 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (healthcare/mental health experience preferred)- Strong understanding of mental health services with a passion for improving well-being- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and travel when required- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- If you're results-driven, passionate about mental health, and skilled at building opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
