Job Description

Conduct metallurgical analysis of raw materials and finished products Ensure compliance with material specifications, drawings, and standards Monitor and control

heat treatment processes

(hardening, tempering, annealing, normalizing) Perform

failure analysis

and root cause analysis for material defects Conduct tests such as

chemical analysis, microstructure, hardness testing, tensile testing

Support quality inspections and customer audits Prepare and maintain

metallurgical reports and documentation

Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for process improvement Handle customer complaints related to material or metallurgical issues Ensure adherence to ISO / IATF / customer quality standards

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

metallurgy, heat treatment, and material science

Understanding of

forging / casting / machining processes

Ability to read

engineering drawings and material standards

Analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and reporting skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
