Department: Heat Treatment, Quality & Compliance
Location: -- Dera Bassi, Punjab
Experience: 10+ years in Quality Management in Engineering Field
Core Responsibilities :
1. Complete Responsibility of Heat Treatment Shop and Metallurgy Lab as per ISO specification.
Ensure robust inspection, testing protocols, and documentation.
2. Accountable for complete Quality Assurance of the Final Product.
3. Maintaining all Inspection Report like MPI and NDT Testing, Mechanical Testing and Spectro.
4. Perform root-cause analysis and implement CAPA
5. Coordinate all Third Party Inspection for the Final Product.
Additional Responsibilities :
1. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing quality team
2. Taking continuous measures to improve the Quality Standards of the final product.
NOTES :
Accountable directly to the MD.
Able to lead a Quality Team of 10 - 15 People.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
