Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1) Metallurgical Testing - Micro Testing, Polishing, Cutting of Specimen.
2) Mechanical Testing - Tensile Tasting, Elongation, Impact Testing.
3) Material Properties of SG iron alloy Metals.
4) SST (Salt Spray Testing) Performance Testing.
5) Carburising Case Depth Inspection.
6) Hardness Testing (Heat Treatment Process).
7) Ferrous Material Plating Thickness Checking.
8) Knowledge of Casting, Forging, Heat Treatment Process.
9) Maintain Calibration Record of Measuring Instruments.
10) Maintain ISO/ IATF Documentation.
11) Knowledge of Millipore Value Checking, Mould Making, Micro Structure Checking.
12) Knowledge of MPI, Induction Annealing Process, Induction Hardening, Plating Process & Checking, Eddy current Process, etc.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?35,000.00 - ?45,033.88 per monthJadwal:
