Metallurgical Engineer

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Metallurgical Engineer to join our investment casting foundry. The ideal person should understand metals, support daily production, and help improve the overall casting quality.

Key Responsibilities

Check and control metal quality during melting and pouring. Test alloys and maintain chemical/mechanical reports. Find and solve casting defects like porosity or shrinkage. Support production teams in wax, shell, melting, and heat treatment areas. Improve processes to reduce rejection and increase yield. Maintain metallurgical documentation and customer reports. Assist in developing new alloys or improving current ones.
Requirements

Degree in Metallurgical Engineering / Materials Science. Experience in foundry or investment casting (preferred). Basic knowledge of alloy steels, SS, CS, and special alloys. Understanding of spectrometer testing, microstructure, and heat treatment. Good problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude.
