Metal Power Assistant Manager Production Planning & Control (8 12 Yrs)
Job Description
Roles & responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production, planning & control and implementation of associated control system & processes, cooperate with Sales & procurement teams for scheduling requirements, to achieve targets on time.
- Responsible for planning, releasing, monitoring, rescheduling, updating and completion of all production orders to meet on time deliveries to customers.
- Responsible for data analysis and decision making for on time delivery for raw material & follow up to expedite deliveries to meet production schedule.
- Attend regular production & operation meetings to develop priorities as per customer requirement.
- Responsible for inventory control of raw material & work in progress (WIP), identifying & solving inventory variances.
- Responsible for implementation of SAP, streamlining the system & company procedure on SAP for ensuring ready availability of reports to meet company objective.
- Shall interacts with shop floor management on daily basis to resolve issues regarding raw materials or additional information as requested from production.
- Shall ensure the quality system adherence, training of people within the department & with other departments.

- Service Spares planning
- ECN- ECRF Implementation.
