Job Title?

Automation Senior Engineer - Metal Injection Molding (MIM) ?

Experience : 8 to 15 years ?

Key Responsibilities?

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for MIM production lines, ensuring compliance with ISOand IATF standards.? Optimize automation systems for improved efficiency, yield, and reliability.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure machine availability and achive KPI Target OEE,MTTR,MTBF. ? Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues,maintain the Critical spare availability PM plan vs actual.? Develop and maintain automation standards, best practices, and documentation (e.g., SOPs, work instructions).?
Requirements?

Experience in automation engineering, control systems, and robotics(Fanuc ,Kawasaki, Star) in MIM or similarindustries.? Proficiency in automation controls (e.g., PLC, HMI, DRIVE,AOI,Vision system,SPM Machines ).? Strong understanding of MIM process, automation principles, and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, IATF16949).? Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and compliance.? Leadership and mentoring skills.?
Preferred Qualifications?

Proficiency in MS office ,Autocad ? Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, machine learning) in MIM.? Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools.Key Documents- ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)- IATF16949 (Automotive Quality Management System)- SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)- Work instructions-Quality records and documentation?
