Join our team to enhance data governance and quality, leveraging your expertise in metadata management.
As a Quality Analyst I within the Data Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in improving data quality and consistency. You will be responsible for gathering, validating, and documenting metadata for critical business data elements, ensuring their fitness for use across various environments.
Job Responsibilities

• Identify and remediate data quality and metadata issues.
• Contribute to metadata gathering, reviewing, and publishing efforts.
• Understand and apply data policies, standards, and processes.
• Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SMEs to enhance understanding of business processes and data usage.
• Update terms and definitions for critical data elements.
• Develop tools and processes for efficient metadata management.
• Produce managerial and regulatory reporting of metadata issues.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 6+ years in Data consumption, Metadata, or Data Quality.
• 5+ years in a major financial services organization.
• 3+ years in Data usage, Process Analysis, or Technology Development/Support.
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, AWS, Snowflake, LLM, SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office suite skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Working knowledge of Tableau, JIRA, Collibra Databook, SharePoint, Confluence, Alteryx, Collibra Data Quality.
