Role & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on product sales and conversions.
Create effective ad strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business to reach target audiences.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to design offers, creatives, and campaigns aligned with business goals.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to drive revenue growth.
Track pixel events, set up custom conversions, and implement retargeting strategies.
Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads tools, policies, and e-commerce trends.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management with proven sales results.
Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
Demonstrated success in scaling product sales via Meta Ads (e-commerce).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with ability to craft compelling ad copies and product pitches.
Strong understanding of consumer buying behavior and digital funnels.
