Key Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via

WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and phone calls

. Provide accurate information about courier services, rates, tracking details, pickup/delivery times, and documentation. Record and update customer interactions in the system or CRM. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary. Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer communications. Monitor and manage real-time communication channels during working hours. Assist in booking pickups and guiding customers through service procedures. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
