The Role We're looking for Meta Media Buyers who know D2C inside out. You'll be strategizing, executing, and scaling high-performance Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns that move the needle for our clients. What You'll Do o Develop and execute Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. o Monitor and optimize campaign performance for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. o Collaborate with account managers, product teams, and designers to align creatives with strategy. o Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, new features, and best practices -- and apply them. o Create and manage ad budgets efficiently. o Track competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy. o Prepare and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights. o Continuously test and refine ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve results. o Identify new campaign opportunities for growth. What We're Looking For o 2-5 years of proven experience as a Facebook/Meta Ads Media Buyer for e-commerce/D2C brands (this is non-negotiable). o Strong track record of delivering performance-driven campaigns. CTC: ₹5 - ?8 LPA growing brands alongside the co-founders themselves. o Data-driven decision-maker with advanced analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a plus). o Excellent communication and collaboration skills. o Detail-oriented -- you notice what others miss. o Growth-minded, proactive, and committed to excellence.
