Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Meta Marketer to join our team and drive sales through targeted advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing high-performing ad campaigns, with a focus on audience targeting, optimization, and achieving measurable sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted ad campaigns on Meta platforms to drive sales and conversions, aligning with business goals. Audience Targeting: Utilize Meta's advertising tools to identify and target specific audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and lookalike audiences. Ad Creation: Develop compelling ad creatives, including visuals, copy, and calls-to-action, that resonate with target audiences and adhere to brand guidelines. Budget Management: Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools, providing regular reports on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition. Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by testing ad variations, adjusting targeting parameters, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve results. Market Research: Stay updated on Meta's advertising trends, tools, and best practices, as well as industry trends, to ensure campaigns remain competitive. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align ad strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications/Experience

: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience running successful ad campaigns on Meta platforms with a focus on sales generation.

Skills

:

Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance tracking.Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR).Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques. Creative skills in crafting engaging ad copy and visuals.Familiarity with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign results. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Certifications: Meta Blueprint Certification or similar credentials are a plus.
